Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

After notifying us of your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

* The item must be unused and in original condition
* No signs of wear, damage, or scent
* All original tags and labels must still be attached
* The item should be returned in its original packaging, where reasonably possible

If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a reduction in value.

Our products are made from genuine leather, a natural material. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the product’s character and are not considered defects.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.

* Refunds are issued via the original payment method
* If the entire order is returned, the original shipping costs will also be refunded
* If only part of the order is returned, the original shipping costs will not be refunded

Returns are not accepted for:

* Custom-made or made-to-order products
* Personalised items
* Products where production has already started upon your request

You may handle the product as you would in a physical store.

If the item shows usage beyond what is necessary to assess it, we may apply a deduction in value.
